I grew up in Hawaii.  In the islands, footwear is not called sandals, flip-flops or zoris, it is referred to by its proper pidgin English name of "Slippahs".    

About 10 years ago I bought the most comfortable slippahs I had ever worn.  They were soft, yet supportive.  Then in 2022, the company went out of business.  Fortunately, I was alerted to the auction of all their remaining  slippahs, and was able to successfully bid on 4 boxes of about 50 slippahs.  I am keeping a dozen pairs for myself and  I am selling the remaining slippahs at a fraction of their original price... but I only have a few sizes.
